NEPSI ist die Abkürzung für Europäisches Netzwerk Quarz, gegründet durch die Europäischen branschenübergreifenden Arbeitgeber- und Arbeitnehmerorganisationen, die am 25. April 2006 das „Abkommen zum Sozialdialog über den Gesundheitsschutz der Arbeitnehmer durch gute Handhabung und Verwendung von kristallinem Siliziumdioxid und dieses enthaltenden Produkte“ unterzeichnet haben.
