NEPSI ir saīsinājums no European Network for Silica (Eiropas Kvarca tīkls), ko veido Eiropas nodarbināto un darba devēju sektorālās asociācijas, kas 2006. gada 25. aprīlī parakstījušas sociālā dialoga „Līgumu par strādājošo veselības aizsardzību, atbilstoši rīkojoties un izmantojot kristālisko kvarcu un to saturošus produktus”.
