NEPSI jest akronimem, oznaczającym “Europejską Sieć Krzemionki”, utworzoną przez europejskie związki branżowe Pracowników i Pracodawców, które podpisały dokument Dialogu Społecznego „Porozumienie dotyczące ochrony zdrowia pracowników poprzez prawidłowe obchodzenie się i użytkowanie krzemionki krystalicznej i produktów, które zawiera” w dniu 25 kwietnia 2006 r.
